Grandmas famous fried chicken (Serves 4)

One whole chicken cut into pieces. 2 cups of low cultured buttermilk. 2 cups of flour 1/3 cup of Grandma's Hands Seasoning.  2 cups of vegetable oil or enough to cover the chicken halfway.

Take chicken pieces and rinse shake off excess water place in a container take the two cups of buttermilk and pour over the chicken.  Place in refrigerator for 4hrs. Get a container large enough for the two cups of flour and mix the 1/3 cup of grandmas hands seasoning mix 2tbs of black pepper mix 2tbs of cayenne pepper to flour and set aside.

Take the 2 cups of vegetable oil or more if needed place in skillet heat oil to 325. Remove chicken pieces from buttermilk and season front and back with grandmas hands seasoning and place in flour mixture take chicken from flour mixture shake off excess flour place chicken pieces in skillet fry until golden brown or internal temperature is 165 degrees.
